DEYNAH BOYD - CAMPBELL
Registered Manager
Deynah has experience in Child Protection and Leaving Care however specialises in providing bespoke key work support for care leavers & mentorship for young victims of domestic abuse in intimate partner relationships.
ROGER KEANE
Director
Roger has worked in social care for over 30 years and has over 20 years’ experience in commissioning supported housing schemes for young people, including schemes specifically for young people with disabilities.
ADVISORY BOARD
Made up of talented professionals from a wide range of experiences, we meet our Advisory Board quarterly to quality assure the work that we do. They also provide invaluable insight and ideas which feed into the day to day running of Dream Big Independent Living.
BEVERLY DOUGLAS
Beverley has worked as an Independent panel member on a fostering and adoption panel for 10 years and has fostered over 37 children to date. Beverley delivers bespoke training to foster carers including Skills to Foster.
DR CHARMAIN KEANE
Dr Charmain is a Charted Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years’ experience in Paediatric Psychology. Charmain is currently the Deputy Team lead for paediatric and teenage psychology services in the leading cancer hospital in the UK.
LORRAINE KEANE
Lorraine is a teacher of mathematics in secondary schools with over 17 year experience. Lorraine has worked in various leadership roles including Head of Department and Director of Sixth Form.
JASMINE NEMBHARD
Jasmine has over 30 years experience in Child Protection, Looked After Children, fostering and adoption, commissioning services, safeguarding & quality assurance. Her experience has been both as a practitioner, supervisor and a senior manager.
